Consultation Fees

All consultation services, including Vastu visits, analyses, and personalized remedies, require full payment in advance. The applicable fees will be clearly communicated during the inquiry or booking process.

Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please retain it for your records. 

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services

All payments for personalized consultations and remedies are non-refundable, as these services involve customized analysis and preparation of tailored recommendations.

Rescheduling Policy

Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ prior notice. Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur an additional rescheduling fee.

Exceptional Situations

Refunds may be considered only in rare circumstances where we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control. Any approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Reports and Digital Remedies

Once digital remedies, reports, or other deliverables have been shared, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
